On November 8, 2023, following a nearly two-week trial, and just a few hours of deliberations, a federal jury in Orange County, California returned a complete defense verdict for Pentius, LLC and Array US, Inc., on ConsumerDirect’s trademark, false designation of origin, and intentional interference with contract claims. The jury also awarded $1.3 million in compensatory damages to Array on its counterclaim against ConsumerDirect for intentional interference with prospective economic advantage, and an additional $3.9 million in punitive damages against ConsumerDirect for fraudulent and malicious conduct.
