Mr. Rhow’s profile spotlights his highly publicized settlement representing a national class that alleged data privacy claims against social media giant TikTok. The Journal also notes Mr. Rhow’s extensive defendant-side litigation practice by discussing his copyright-infringement defense victory for international K-pop phenomenon BTS and their billion-dollar media company HYBE.
