Wednesday, April 22, 2020

Principal Timothy B. Yoo authored the Daily Journal article, “Proliferation of Streaming Video Services Could Lead to Increased Regulations and Taxes on OTT Providers.” The article discusses the legalities surrounding the prominence of video streaming services such as Netflix and the emergence of new regulatory issues in several states.
