Bird Marella attorneys Ron Nessim and Scott Goldman authored the article, “Mandatory Arbitration Provisions Involving Talent and Studios and Proposed Areas for Improvement,” published by the UCLA Entertainment Law Review.

The article examines the many issues and evolving trends relating to the major television studios insisting that their new contracts with talent, include a mandatory arbitration provision, and that one particular arbitration provider, JAMS, be the forum to arbitrate all disputes.
