Drawing on her practice at the intersection of entertainment, IP, and emerging technology disputes, Ms. Cherlow will analyze the recently announced Disney–OpenAI licensing deal, what it signals about the evolving legal framework for AI-generated content, and the litigation risks likely to follow as studios, platforms, and creators navigate this new terrain.
Ms. Cherlow will be joined by David Shraga, the Media Mediator, and a highly regarded neutral in complex entertainment and media disputes, who will offer a mediator’s perspective on how these issues are already surfacing in negotiations and litigation—and where conflicts in this space are most likely headed.
