Mr. Han is an accomplished IP litigation lawyer with extensive experience representing technology companies, life sciences businesses, and innovators in high-stakes patent, trade secret, and other complex IP disputes. Before joining Bird Marella, he practiced at leading global law firms and developed a reputation for guiding clients through sophisticated technical and commercial matters.
Mr. Han’s arrival further strengthens Bird Marella’s nationally recognized IP Litigation Practice. Fully fluent in Korean, he also bolsters the firm’s robust Korea Practice Group, which regularly represents Korean companies, executives, and individuals in high-stakes litigation, investigations, and other critical U.S. legal matters.

Drawing on his technical background and litigation experience, he works closely with clients to develop practical strategies to protect and enforce valuable intellectual property rights.
