Bird Marella is proud to announce the elevation of Ashley D. Bowman to partner, effective January 1, 2024.
A Stanford Law School and Yale University graduate, Ms. Bowman focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, as well as representing corporate and individual clients in contract disputes, intellectual property and consumer protection disputes, executive compensation matters, and white collar investigations. She brings a breadth of experience and years of success, including winning jury and federal bench trials and dispositive summary judgment motions, in a range of litigation matters.
