Partner Gary Lincenberg has been selected as one of California’s 100 most influential attorneys by the Daily Journal.
He is commended for his high-profile trial court success and dedication to protecting “constitutional rights through the courts and public policy.”
Recently, he assisted California senators Adam Schiff and Alex Padilla in an amicus brief supporting Governor Gavin Newsom’s litigation concerning President Trump’s “federalization and deployment of California National Guard troops to Los Angeles.”
The Daily Journal previously awarded Mr. Lincenberg with the prestigious CLAY Award for his historic win after a three-month trial on criminal fraud charges involving Autonomy’s sale to Hewlett Packard. Mr. Lincenberg and his team won an acquittal on all counts for the former vice president of Autonomy, Stephen Chamberlain, in what prosecutors dubbed California’s largest criminal fraud trial ever.
