Marc E. Masters has been with the firm since 1999 after practicing law in New York City for three years. Marc focuses his practice on complex business disputes in federal and state courts and has expertise in matters involving the False Claims Act, intellectual property, breach of contract, and commercial fraud. Marc also has a significant class action practice focusing on data privacy issues, among others. Finally, Marc has notable experience representing clients at trial, in arbitration, and in parallel civil/criminal investigations.
