A Bird Marella team consisting of Timothy B. Yoo, Fanxi Wang, and Bill Clawges secured a $29.7 million judgment for their client Glovis America, Inc., part of the Hyundai Motor Group’s logistics arm, in a multi-year dispute involving the distribution of fuel products across California.
On March 24, 2026, after nearly three years of litigation, and a two-day bench trial before the Honorable Randolph M. Hammock of the Los Angeles Superior Court, the Court found in Glovis’s favor and awarded all of the damages it sought.
