The Daily Journal has recognized principal Benjamin N. Gluck in its 2022 list of Top White Collar Lawyers.
The annual list honors California’s most prominent and accomplished white collar defense attorneys. In compiling their list, the publication reviewed Mr. Gluck’s career and highlighted his recent victories. Most notably, Mr. Gluck won a complete dismissal of all charges against the lead defendant in a 17-defendant, $300 million healthcare fraud prosecution, resulting in the complete dismissal of all charges against all defendants. Mr. Gluck’s Daily Journal profile further highlighted the U.S. Private Vaults government seizure case, where he represented scores of vault-holders and has recovered well over $25 million for his clients.
This recognition adds to Mr. Gluck’s recent accolades, which include a top ranking in Chambers USA and recognition as the 2023 Los Angeles Lawyer of the Year for Health Care Law by Best Lawyers®.
