Partner Benjamin N. Gluck is named to the Daily Journal’s 2025 Top White Collar Lawyers list. The annual list recognizes the most influential and effective white collar defense practitioners of the year, and notes Mr. Gluck’s success in representing clients in some of the country’s most significant health care fraud and criminal defense cases.
Most recently, Mr. Gluck won summary judgment in a long-running False Claims Act (FCA) case for his client, a California-based hospice provider, that involved hundreds of millions of dollars in alleged damages.
Mr. Gluck shared with the Daily Journal the lessons he learned from twenty-five years at Bird Marella: “Clients deserve work of the absolute highest quality; the court deserves absolute honesty and reliability from us; and everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I try to channel those lessons in everything I do.”
