Naomi represents clients in complex litigation and white collar matters. She has extensive experience defending individuals and companies across a broad range of industries, including the healthcare, entertainment, education, aviation, and technology sectors.
Naomi was named a Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine in both 2022 and 2023, and has been named among Ones to Watch by Best Lawyers in America from 2021 to 2023.
Before practicing law, Naomi was a professional ballet dancer. Naomi earned her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. Prior to joining Bird Marella, Naomi was an associate at Skadden, Arps, in New York, and clerked for the Honorable Dale S. Fischer in the Central District of California.

Notable Matters
Achieved a significant and favorable outcome on behalf of apparel company owner who faced criminal charges of underpayment of tax and duty by $35 million and money laundering over $80 million. Convinced Judge to decrease sentence to twelve months and one day in custody, rather than the five years recommended by the Sentencing Guidelines and demanded by the government.
Secured eminent domain victory for Hyundai Motor America involving its U.S. corporate headquarters, a $200 million state-of-the-art facility.
