Abraham “Avi” Rejwan is a versatile litigator and trial attorney who represents individuals and businesses in high-stakes civil disputes, criminal prosecutions, and government investigations. He has handled matters at every stage—from pre-litigation counseling through trial—across a wide variety of legal areas and forums. With experience in civil and criminal matters, Mr. Rejwan draws on multiple fields of law to develop creative legal arguments and effective procedural strategies tailored to each case. Mr. Rejwan delivers rigorous advocacy and thoughtful guidance that clients trust, grounded by analytical precision and steady judgment.
Recently, Mr. Rejwan helped win a unanimous acquittal on all counts for his client in one of the largest fraud prosecutions ever brought by the U.S. Department of Justice. The historic trial win earned notable recognition from the Daily Journal, Benchmark Litigation, and Global Investigations Review.
Before joining Bird Marella, Mr. Rejwan was an associate at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP. He earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law as a Dean’s Merit Scholar. During law school, he externed for the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, participated in the First Amendment Amicus Brief Clinic, and was appointed by UC President Janet Napolitano to the inaugural Board of Directors of UC’s National Center for Free Speech and Civic Engagement. Mr. Rejwan received his B.A. in Economics from UCLA and served as the UC Student Regent on the University of California Board of Regents.
Mr. Rejwan serves on the South Robertson Neighborhoods Council.
