Principal Naeun Rim will be a presenter in the upcoming virtual forum, “Federal Courts in the Time of COVID,” hosted by the Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA). The event will be held on October 29, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. and will feature discussions on critical topics for defense attorneys regarding challenges to federal indictments, the composition of COVID-era juries, enforcing clients’ speedy trial rights, and more.
