Drawing on experience in private practice, government service, and a federal appellate clerkship, she represents clients in high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters in federal and state courts.
Before joining Bird Marella, Ms. Cramer was an associate at Keker, Van Nest & Peters in San Francisco, where she handled a broad range of litigation matters in federal and state courts. Her experience includes intellectual property disputes, class actions, government investigations, and commercial litigation. She successfully argued a preliminary injunction motion in federal court, developed dispositive motion strategy in class action litigation, and advised professional sports organizations on litigation strategy, dispute resolution, and government inquiries.

Earlier in her career, she was a litigation associate at a political law boutique where she litigated voting rights, election, and constitutional law cases in state and federal courts nationwide, including matters before the United States Supreme Court. She participated in trial proceedings, took and defended depositions, managed discovery, and advised clients on complex regulatory and constitutional issues.
