Desiree Moshayedi is an associate attorney at Bird Marella, where she focuses on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property matters. Her practice includes trademark enforcement and defense, copyright litigation, and entertainment disputes.
Desiree earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, served as President of the Columbia Law Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Society, and was a member of the Columbia Business Law Review. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Creative Writing from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was named to the Dean’s Honors List.
Prior to joining Bird Marella, Desiree was an associate in DLA Piper’s Century City office. Desiree is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of California.
