Darren L. Patrick joined Bird Marella in 2020. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, Darren specializes in litigation and bankruptcy matters including complex commercial disputes, debtor and creditor representation, corporate finance, real estate, intellectual property, and civil rights pro bono matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Darren served as law clerk to the Honorable Thomas B. Donovan of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, and practiced as an associate at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where he was a member of the firm’s Restructuring Department.
