We are proud to announce our 2017 Chambers & Partners USA rankings. Chambers is a primary arbiter of achievement in the legal profession, and this year Bird Marella maintained its status as a top litigation firm nationwide with a Band 2 ranking in “Litigation: White-Collar Crime & Government Investigations,” and a Band 5 ranking in “Litigation: General Commercial.”

After a tremendous year where he won cases including dismissals of charges in three different health care cases with allegations ranging from murder in connection with a resident death to hundreds of millions of dollars of fraudulent bills, Benjamin Gluck has been ranked for the first time in “Litigation: White-Collar Crime & Government Investigations” in Band 4. Principals Terry Bird and Vince Marella continue to be two of only three Senior Statesmen listed under “Litigation: White-Collar Crime & Government Investigations” in California. Mr. Bird is also listed as a Nationwide Trial Lawyer. Principal Gary Lincenberg maintained his Band 1 ranking in “Litigation: White-Collar Crime & Government Investigations,” which he achieved last year.

Principals Ekwan Rhow and Ron Nessim also maintained their rankings after being recognized for the first time last year. Mr. Rhow maintains a Band 5 ranking in “Litigation: General Commercial,” and Mr. Nessim maintained a Band 4 ranking in “Media & Entertainment: Litigation.”
