Peter Goldschmidt joined Bird Marella in 2017. He represents clients in complex commercial, entertainment, and intellectual property disputes.

Peter is a graduate of the University of Southern California Law School, where he was Senior Editor of the Southern California Law Review. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable W. Duane Benton of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He also externed for the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in the Netherlands.

Peter is currently a member of the Association of Business and Trial Lawyers, Public Counsel Young Lawyers Board, and LGBT Bar Association of Los Angeles.
