Nithin Kumar joined Bird Marella in 2017. He has experience representing clients in connection with antitrust, white collar, intellectual property, and complex litigation matters. He has appeared in both state and federal court and has been involved in several trials and arbitrations.

Prior to joining the firm, Nithin worked at Quinn Emanuel in Los Angeles, where he represented clients in the automotive, boxing, and social gaming industries in connection with several different nine-figure antitrust claims. Nithin also worked on matters involving hazardous waste control laws and regulations in connection with investigations by state and local prosecutors. While in law school, Nithin externed at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted over 40 domestic violence cases.
