Nick Purcell represents clients in a wide variety of complex litigation matters. He is experienced in trial, having achieved a complete victory for one of his clients in a two-week bench trial, and has handled multiple investigations involving congressional testimony.
Nick earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude and served as an editor for the Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law and the Harvard Human Rights Journal. He clerked for The Honorable Stephen V. Wilson of the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and was also an intern in the Drug Task Force Unit of the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office.
Nick joined Bird Marella in 2021 after practicing as a senior associate at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP.
