Gary Lincenberg Speaks at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management on the Huawei Prosecutions

Principal Gary Lincenberg participated in the panel discussion, “US-China Conflict: Huawei and US Law,” at the UCLA Anderson School of Management on April 29th. The panel explored the business, policy, and legal implications surrounding the recent detention in Canada of Huawei’s CFO, Meng Wanzhou, who will face fraud charges after extradition to the U.S. The case has caused major concerns in international business among companies and executives in the telecoms and technology sectors, in addition to posing national security risks, due to Huawei being the world’s largest telecommunications equipment maker and its strong ties to the Chinese government.
