Gary Lincenberg and Nicole Rodriguez Van Dyk to Speak at 2021 National Institute on White Collar Crime

Principals Gary Lincenberg and Nicole Rodriguez Van Dyk will be featured speakers at the American Bar Association’s 36th National Institute on White Collar Crime 

On October 27th, Lincenberg will join Andrea Griswold, Gary Naftalis, and moderator Antonia Apps in the Day 2 panel, “Securities Enforcement in 2021: From Banks to Big Tech?” to discuss recent enforcement actions by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and offer insights and tips for defending clients affected by these actions.  

Van Dyk will be speaking on October 28th for the event’s Day 3 panel, “Perennial Ethics Issues,” where she will  address current developments in litigation that raise a wide variety of ethical issues, including “joint defense and common interest agreements, the lawyer’s duty of candor to the court and the public, avoiding disabling conflicts, and preserving privilege when confronted with questionable client demands.” The ethics panel will include speakers Jesse Liu, Justin Murphy, Mark Schnapp, and moderator Janet Levine.  

The event will be held from October 27, 2021 through October 29, 2021 at the Hyatt Regency Miami.
