Marc Masters has been with the firm since 1999 and previously served as of counsel. Masters focuses his practice on complex business disputes in federal and state courts and has expertise on matters involving the False Claims Act, intellectual property, breach of contract, and commercial fraud. He has significant experience representing clients at trial, in arbitration and in parallel civil/criminal investigations.

Previously serving as an associate since 2016, Ray Seilie’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation across a breadth of substantive areas including technology, securities, education, banking, and finance. He is also highly experienced representing clients in criminal matters, including criminal trials and pre-indictment investigations, during which he has provided compliance-related legal advice, conducted factual investigations, and prepared presentations to the government.

“Julia, Marc, and Ray exemplify the firm’s commitment to identifying talented and diverse lawyers who can serve among our next generation of leaders,” said Managing Principal Paul Chan. “We are confident they will thrive in their new roles and continue to demonstrate excellence in their areas of practice.”
